All our menus include local seafood and fishes (crab, langoustines, scallops…,sea bass, red mullet, skate fish , …) as well as meats, vegetables fruits and…Cheeses. Each and every day local suppliers provide the restaurant with products fished, grown or manufactured in Normandy.
The Chef and his crew accommodate them on an historical stove with spices from all around the world.
